Terms & Conditions

* Minimum Age: The driver must be at least 18 years old. No license is required, but the driver must be responsible and capable of safely operating the boat.
* Rental Period: The boat must be picked up and returned at the agreed times. Late returns may incur additional charges.
* Safe Operation: The boat must be operated responsibly and safely. Driving under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or in unsafe weather conditions is strictly prohibited.
* Allowed Areas: The boat may only be used within designated and safe zones. Driving in unmarked or hazardous areas is not allowed.
* Speed & Maneuvering: Respect local speed limits, safe distances from the shore, and all navigation signs.
* Price includes third-party liability insurance.
* Damage & Loss: Renters are responsible for any damage caused by improper use. In case of theft or loss, the full replacement cost will be charged.
* Conduct on Board: It is strictly prohibited to litter, damage nature, or engage in behavior that endangers the safety of anyone on board.
* Full insurance with a maximum deductible of 200€ is available for an additional 10€ per day.
