Terms & Conditions

* Minimum Age & Experience: The driver must be at least 23 years old and hold a valid speedboat or yacht license.
* Rental Period: The boat must be picked up and returned at the agreed times. Late returns may incur additional charges.
* Safe Operation: The speedboat must be operated responsibly and safely. Driving under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or in unsafe weather conditions is strictly prohibited.
* Allowed Areas: The boat may only be used within designated areas. Driving in unmarked or hazardous zones is not allowed.
* Speed & Maneuvering: Respect local speed limits, safe distances from the shore, and all navigation signs.
* Equipment & Accessories: All equipment provided with the boat (inflatable floats/mats, GPS, snorkeling gear, ice box) must be returned in the same condition.
* Damage & Loss: Renters are responsible for any damage caused by improper use. In case of theft or loss, the full replacement cost will be charged.
* Conduct on Board: It is strictly prohibited to litter, damage nature, or engage in behavior that endangers the safety of anyone on board.
